We have a pretty awesome relationship with Collings Guitars. Bill and Jim bounce ideas back and forth constantly regarding new models, product updates, custom appointments and the like. However, it’s something special, even for us, when a guitar like this comes in the door.

This Custom Collings Archtop was three years in the making, with Jim having a hand in selecting the tone woods/appointments, and to be honest it turned out better than we could have imagined.

Featuring an Italian Spruce top, Flamed Maple back and sides all beautifully bound in tortoiseshell. While this one isn’t for sale at the moment, we couldn’t pass up the chance to show it off a bit. Check out General/Shop Manager Mike H. as he demos this truly stunning instrument.
