The Taylor 810e is a cannon of a dreadnought that blends its driving low-end power with high-end vibrance for a stellar flatpicking guitar. An excellent guitar for bluegrass players in particular, it has the volume to cut through inherently louder instruments (like the banjo and fiddle) without sacrificing its impeccable tone and clarity. Its crisp highs and well-defined mids sound superb whether it's being softly strummed or played as loud as possible. Its projection is just that good, thanks to the Sitka Spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides and its top notch construction.

The Ebony fingerboard on the Tropical Mahogany neck features Taylor's mother-of-pearl Element inlays plus you'll find premium appointments like a Maple binding and backstrip, a single-ring Abalone rosette, and a sharp looking Rosewood pickguard. The scale is standard 25 1/2" long, and the Tusq nut is 1 3/4". Featuring its Expression System 2 electronics, you don't lose any of that decidedly Taylor tone by plugging in, either - your guitar will sound just the way it's intended. The Taylor 810e is a boisterous, lively dread with an incredible amount of clarity and tonal characteristics, one that will last you a lifetime. Includes hardshell case and full setup from our luthiers.
