This Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass is a real stunner, here with a natural urethane finish on its premium Ash body. The three-ply black pickguard and thick block inlays offset the Maple neck and fingerboard for a stellar, classic look. Where it really shines, though, is in its playability and tone. Constructed with a combination of traditional Jazz bass style and modern features, it has a pair of noiseless N3 single-coil pickups that make it incredibly flexible. Rounding out the hardware is a four-saddle high-mass vintage bridge allowing you to string it either through the body or from the top.

A real workhorse of a bass, this model is favored by the likes of Bootsy Collins and Roger Waters because it sounds great and is versatile enough for practically any type of music. The Modern C-shaped Maple neck, 9 1/2 " radius, Maple fingerboard, 34" scale length, and 1 1/2" nut width make for a fast and comfortable player, too. The new Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass features active/passive circuitry and a pickup selector to maximize your sound. Includes hardshell case and full setup from our luthiers.
