This used Gibson - 1928 L-1 Blues Tribute from 2015 is the quintessential blues machine. From fingerstyle to flatpicking, this guitar will have you channeling an old-time blues sound from a guitar that was only made last year. Most of this  tone is achieved through approximating vintage build techniques including hide glue construction and a "Thermally Aged" Adirondack Red Spruce top. The Thermal Aging process removes moisture from the wood heating and changing it's properties at a cellular level. The fingerboard edges have been softened to comfortably fit the contour of a player's hand, and finer grit sandpaper and polishing components were used to create a vintage feel on a modern guitar. With the original hardshell case, this 1928 L-1 Blues Tribute is a perfect small body addition to any collection.
