1975 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe
This used Gibson Les Paul Deluxe is from 1975, all-original, and absolutely phenomenal. It has a gorgeous Red Wine finish, cream binding, pickguard, and pickup casing, and is in Very Good condition. There is some light playwear and a few small dings to its body, and some wear to its neck, but it otherwise looks great - and plays even better. Made from Honduran Mahogany, it has a three-piece Maple top, three-piece Mahogany neck, and a Rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets.
The Les Paul went through several variations during its formative years, but one of its most noticeable was the Deluxe's inclusion of dual Mini-Humbuckers. Wound similarly to PAFs, they have a particularly clean and dry sound, but with a distinct punch, ideal for '70s-era and southern rock. Just listen to some old The Who or Thin Lizzy records - Pete Townsend and Steve Gorham were big fans of the Deluxe.
It has the standard Les Paul scale length of 24 3/4" and nut width of 1 11/16", and the three-way toggle switch, two volume, and two tone controls. A killer guitar in Very Good condition, this Gibson Les Paul Deluxe includes its original hardshell Chainsaw-style case and is all-original.
