The BOSS SD-1W Super Overdrive Waza Pedal was designed by the master engineers at BOSS' Japanese factory to create a premium stompbox and an upgrade from the original. Here with discrete, all-analog circuitry, it features all the power of the original Super Overdrive, only with a more refined sound - less noise and most consistency, especially. It's also got a toggle switch so you can select between the newly voiced iteration with thicker bass and additional gain, and the original - so you really get two pedals in one.

With minimal controls - all you really need is its Level, Tone, and Drive knobs - it's incredibly easy to dial-in the sound you're looking for. A simple and intuitive pedal, the BOSS SD-1W Super Overdrive Waza Pedal is a nice way to get the original SD-1's best features with improved performance.
