This used Fender American Special Strat features a classic Sunburst gloss finish and a three-ply parchment pickguard giving it that signature strat aesthetic. Made from Alder, it has a Maple neck with the Modern C shape and a larger, very cool '70s-style headstock for an even more defining look. Here with a Maple fingerboard and 9.5" radius, it has a comfortable 1.6875" nut width, and plays as fast and fresh as it did when it was new - and that was only four years ago. It's in Excellent condition with very little playwear.
Its triple-threat Texas Special Single-Coil Strat pickups, characterized by a great midrange with dense lows and clear highs, are the perfect combo for that blues tone for which Fender is renowned, but they are also incredibly versatile. An awesome guitar at a great price, this Fender American Special Strat is a steal. Includes gigbag.
