Gibson Electric Guitars - 2007 Flying V - Worn Cherry

SOLD - Contact us for more options

This used Gibson Flying V features a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers that can really push the gain to out-of-control limits - for that extra loud, extra metal sound the V has become synonymous with. All-Mahogany construction and a Baked Maple fingerboard make this a lightweight and comfortable player, and the 1.695" nut width is great for shredding. When we saw this bad boy come in, one of us may have immediately started blasting "Master of Puppets" on it - and it was awesome.

It has a shorter 24 3/4" scale length to facilitate bending and to give it a tighter tone, but it has a nice, warm sound overall that's perfect for both rhythm- and lead-playing. Here in Very Good condition, it does have some buckle rash (see photos), though it still sounds and plays great - and at only eight years old, it has plenty of rockin' left to do. This Gibson Flying V has a Worn Cherry finish to give it a nice vintage '70s vibe.
