It's ideal for bluesy metal - think Down, Danzig, Corrosion of Conformity - yet fully capable of blasting some classic rock and more. Here with a Mahogany body and a gorgeous, bound Koa top, its distinctive look is matched by great tone and playability. Dual IBZ-LZ humbuckers give you plenty of sonic options, and a shorter scale (24 7/8") with 22 medium frets make it an optimal shred machine. Ibanez also added a Gibralter III bridge with a Quik Change III tailpiece so replacing strings is a surprisingly simple task. There's only minor playwear, most noticeable on the humbucker covers and a bit at the higher frets. This Ibanez ART400 delivers fast, smooth playing and a stylish, unique appearance at a great price.
