This Martin 000-17SM acoustic is an outstanding guitar that country blues, blues and old time fans already love but just about any fingerstyle player will be smitten with this vintage vibed player. Its Mahogany back and sides bring expected warmth and are paired with a Sitka Spruce top which brings nice note definition and clarity.

Inspired by early Martin Style 17 guitars of the late 1800s and later, this guitar's vintage build is authentic and very cool. It features A frame bracing with Sitka braces and on the outside they've done a tremendous Style 17 shaded gloss top - gorgeous, paired with the satin back finish. Details like the slotted headstock, vintage style side mount tuners (with ivoroid buttons - nice) and the iconic diamond and square fretboard inlay enhance the vintage vibe. This guitar is top notch right down to the bone nut and Ebony bridge pins. The modified low oval neck profile, a 1 3/4" nutwidth and 2 1/4" string spacing at the bridge (plus our personalized set up) ensure that this gives a comfortable playing experience too, no matter what style of music you play. This Martin 000-17SM comes with a hard case and a full set up to your specs.
