This used THD Hot Plate 2.7 Ohm Attenuator will ensure your full sound—output distortion and all—at any volume, without sacrificing your tone. Designed to run between your amp and speaker(s), this attenuator allows you to get a cranked amp sound at lower volumes, making it perfect for practice or smaller performances. Bright and Deep switches become more effective as attenuation is increased, and are indicated by lights on the front panel that glow brighter as more power is absorbed. These bulbs not only help monitor the devices operation, but reduce hum and unwanted hiss as well.

The rotary switch on this Hot Plate lets you adjust the output volume. At -16dB the potentiometer on the right is activated, and at the Load setting, no sound will come through the speakers but the amp will still run safely at full output. This THD Hot Plate 2.7 Ohm Attenuator is in Mint condition and comes in its original box.
