This used Collings Guitars - 2013 D1 VN is a responsive sounding dreadnought with a few custom features. With a Sitka Spruce top, and Mahogany back and sides this D1 sports upgraded Adirondack bracing for added stiffness, making this Sitka top that much more dynamic and powerful. It's also been constructed without a tongue bracing, reminiscent of vintage guitars, allowing the top to move that much more freely as well. The neck has also been upgraded to the Collings "Vintage Now" spec, which delivers a comfortable 1 3/4" nut width and 2 5/16" string spacing, which makes it great for flatpicking fiddle tunes.

Here in Very Good condition it does have a few finish dents throughout, a finish chip on the edge of the headstock, along with a scratch on the upper bout of the treble side. There is a moderate amount of fret wear. Includes the original Collings TKL case and Bill Collings signature on the label.
