The Dr. Z Amps - MAZ 18 Jr. Reverb Mk.II Head Black is one of our go to configurations from the folks in Ohio. Featuring 18 Watts of power, driven by a pair of NOS 6N14N (EL84) tubes, this head makes for the perfect small club rig with fantastic tones at any volume thanks to the post-phase inverter master volume. Or mic it up and bring that Dr. Z tone to larger venues, this head can do it all. With that familiar clean American sound and that chiming British overdrive, you have one versatile amp with a lot of character. Throw in the built in Spring Reverb, buffered effects loop and Variable boost footswitch and you have an excellent pedal platform no matter your setup. Harmonically rich and very touch sensitive, the MAZ 18 Jr. ranks right up there as one of our shop favorites.
