The Fralin Blues Special Strat Middle Reverse Wound Pickup is outstanding—reverse winding cancels out the 60 cycle hum when playing in positions 2 and 4. This has 5% more turns than Fralin's Vintage Hots, giving the Strat a thicker, stronger sound. Incredibly versatile and a great choice for someone wanting a stock sound with enough vigor to solo. Specifically, these have 5% more mids and 5% less high-end than the Vintage Hots. This pickup is the stock middle pickup found in Fralin's Blues Special Strat Sets.
