There's so much going on with the Echosystem Delay from Empress Effects it's easy to get overwhelmed. Thankfully the 12 preset modes including digital, tape, analog, lo-fi and many more make it easy to select a mode and get to playing. This Dual Engine pedal also allows for two simulations algorithms to run at once, routed in either parallel, series or left/right configurations. For example you could run a bright delay, blended with a second dark filtered delay running in parellel to keep the character of each delay intact. As one of our Mass Street staffers put it this pedal can be as straight forward or complex as you like, allowing for your skills to grow as you make use of all the built-in features.
