Fender - 1959 Precision Bass - Sunburst

SOLD - Contact us for more options

This used Fender Precision Bass is an authentic 1959 that has been refinished and still plays and sounds phenomenally. This particular model has the gold anodized aluminum pickguard from before being changed to tortoiseshell later in '59, as well as the ashtray-style chrome bridge and pickup covers. Made from Ash, it has a Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard that are clean and look great.

The scale length is 34" and the nut width is 1 3/4". Possibly one the most versatile bass ever built, the P-Bass really changed the face of music, and this is your chance to own one of the best from that era. It has little playwear overall and was kept in Very Good condition, even after almost 60 years. So if you're looking for a real stunner and a great player, this Fender Precision Bass definitely deserves to checking out. Includes original hardshell case.

  • Ash body with Sunburst finish and gold Anodized Aluminum pickguard
  • 34" scale length
  • Maple neck

  • 1 3/4" nut width
