This used Gibson Acoustic Guitars -1954 J-45 is simply put, a new shop favorite. Big full sound from a slope shouldered easy to play short-scale dreadnought is never an easy feat, but this J-45 delivers. While it has a low saddle it still plays great. With a 1 11/16" Nut width and 2 1/8" string spacing this comfy vintage neck has a great feel all over the fingerboard. Two tone bar construction and period correct tuners with replaced buttons round out the details. Checking and playwear throughout, including dimpling of the finish on the back and a bit of finish wear on the back of the neck in 1st position (see photos), this J-45 retains all of it's 50s era Gibson sunburst charm. A strap button has been installed in the heel. Includes original case. # 3815-13
