Open for Walk-in Business and New Hours

We’re making some changes! As of May 1st we’ll be opening our doors to walk-in business, appointments will no longer be necessary. Masks will no longer be required in the store after the relaxing of the Douglas County Heath Order. Curbside pickup and drop-off will remain an option going forward.

We’ve been reworking our schedule and staffing in order to accommodate this change and starting May 1st we’ll be moving to a five-day week, Tuesday through Saturday, with the store being closed on Sunday and Monday. This will allow us to offer extended hours through the week, with the store being open from 10am to 6pm. Saturday hours will continue to be 10am to 5pm. We will be shipping out online orders on Mondays, however the sales floor will not be open.

The Repair Shop will continue to be closed to walk-up business in order to catch up on the volume of repair we currently have. Our sales crew will be happy to take in your repair, and our luthiers will get back to you with more information and a tentative timeline.

One a personnel note, we would like to introduce our new Sales Manger, Kyle Ralston. Former Sales Manager, and long time Mass Street staffer, Josh Baldridge, is moving on to work with, and spend more time with family and to say he will be missed around here is an understatement. Kyle brings decades of music store experience to the shop, and we’re excited for everyone to get to know him!

Thank you all for of your patience, and support of the store, over the past 14 months. We’re excited to see you all!
