Called the Standard for a reason, this Fender Standard Stratocaster suits its name. Mexican-made and dated to 2008, it's in Excellent condition. Its Lake Placid Blue, solid Alder body adds a bit of heft (8lb, 6oz) but it's certainly not uncomfortable. It plays and sounds great and has all of a strat's traditional features—three single-coil pickups, 21 medium jumbo frets, sound construction. It is missing the backplate, but there aren't any noticeable dings to the body, and at only seven years old it's got a lot of life left. This Fender Standard Stratocaster is a great option for someone looking to learn, or someone looking to expand.
