A neck reset, refret, fret dress and setup have all been completed, and an appropriately sized replacement bridge has been installed. This is a player's grade, Brazilian rosewood Martin that's ready for a new home.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlternations include a replaced bridge, replacement era-appropriate bridge pins, replaced end pin, replaced heel cap and a strap hole drilled in the bass side of the neck. There are signs of water damage to the interior of the guitar on the treble side and treble-side back. There is a pair of finish checks in the top that are mirrored on both sides of the center seam and run the full length of the top. These are a pair finish cracks, and are not top cracks - they do not extend through the spruce, and have been verified by our repair shop. There is also a pair of similar finish cracks that are book-matched on the back and run a few inches from the bottom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll the hallmarks of an early '60s North Street Martin build, including the original small maple bridge plate.
