This brand new Analog Outfitters Sarge Amp Head is too cool, especially in its black case. This hand wired amp is built from re-purposed materials and powered by a Hammond Organ output transformer—one of the best transformers ever made. The case once housed scientific equipment, so there are some ready made scuffs and character on the outside. This case is lightweight yet incredibly durable heavy-duty aluminum, plus it's extremely portable. The lid just unlatches and slides off sideways. The faceplate is a vintage embossed tin sign—each is different, and this one reads For Rent. AO carefully tweaked things to maximize tone and minimize unwanted hum and buzz. It sounds great, and is totally unique. This Analog Outfitters Sarge Amp Head is an amazing amp that does a lot in a little package.
