Collings' attention to detail is here in spades: grained ivoroid binding, Rosewood peghead overlay, pre-war scalloped bracing and more. We chose Adirondack bracing and no tongue brace for this model, which we feel gives it just that much more resonance. It's quick to respond and the great Vintage Now neck (a little bigger than standard yet smaller than true Vintage - like a vintage that's been played for years) and string spacing (2 1/4") make it a really fantastic player.
