This Collings MT GT Mandolin, serial# 3083, delivers on every level - unparalleled build quality, spectacular tone, incredible appearance, and wonderful playability. The top here is Engelmann Spruce, finished in gloss Sunburst which is set off elegantly yet subtly with tortoise binding. The back and sides are Maple, with a satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish. A bone nut (1 3/16" width), Ebony radiused fingerboard, Ebony button tuners, and that great 'haircut' headstock are all here. This Collings MT GT Mandolin is one of the finest we've seen. Hard case included.
