The 2015 I Heart Local Music 'Swimsuit' Calendar provides great photos of Lawrence local bands in a tongue-in-cheek send up of traditional swimsuit calendars. Each month features another local music artist and plenty of space to write down their (or your) next gigs. I Heart Local Music covers the Lawrence and regional music scene and donates the proceeds of each year's calendar to the non-profit Midwest Music Foundation - a great resource for Midwest bands and venue workers seeking info and advice on legal matters, health care, networking and so much more.

Psychic Heat is featured on the cover (and for July) while you'll also find Schwervon!, Middle Twin, The Noise FM, Something and the Whatevers, drummer Mark Osman, Kemet Coleman and more. Particular favorites include Kliph Scurlock starting the year off in a Viking hat and Hawaiian shirt with handfuls of sparklers, Tyler Gregory gone fishin' in April and a great photo of songwriter and guitarist Josh Berwanger recreating an epic tableau of WASP's Chris Holmes chilling in a pool for October.
