The shorter scale gives it an easy-playing, slinky feel, and also helps to enhance the mids in the tone. Its Alder top and contoured Alder body lends a focused, extremely resonant sound, which is especially apparent when playing unplugged. But plug it in, and that's when things get fun. Clean, overdrive, fuzzed out, this T can do it all, thanks to the the TF3 bridge single-coil and Tom's new PH1 humbucker. The TF3 is Anderson's most popular humcanceling T pickup and it's hotter and richer than the others. The PH1 neck pickup is a FilterTron-esque humbucker, and it sounds just killer—all the bright, jangly, articulate character you'd expect, and more.
