The BOSS TR-2 Tremolo Pedal is about as straightforward as pedals come - with only three controls, it's so easy to dial in the exact trem dimension you're after. You've got Rate, Depth and a variable Wave knob - used to sweep from a sine wave to a choppier square-shaped wave. It creates thick undulations with plenty of variations in speed, from molasses-slow to raging river-quick, with some simple adjustments to the Rate and Depth knobs. An intuitive stompbox that won't take up much room on your pedalboard, the BOSS TR-2 Tremolo Pedal offers a nice set of classic tremolo sounds without going overboard on unnecessary features.
