This vintage 1962 Gibson Les Paul Junior is a great way to get true vintage tone and easy playability for way less than you might expect. It features a beautiful original Cherry Red finish over the SG style body plus a nice, wide and straight neck. It's all driven by the really punchy, original P90 in the bridge position - this has the cool Lighting Bolt bridge too. This guitar has had its tuners replaced with the correct style of reproduction tuners and it's been professionally re-fretted with a more modern, taller fretwire. The end result is an LP with nice, low action and a great vintage growl.

The finish has checking and the pickguard has some warping, both to be expected with something of this age, also the truss rod cover is missing. Overall this is an A+ player and we're rating it as Very Good condition considering the refret and newer tuners. This 1962 Gibson Les Paul Junior is simply a great guitar, and comes with a vintage rectangular hard case. Serial #58268
