This used MGA-D1 from acclaimed flatpick guitarist and luthier Matthew Arcara, is a vintage-inspired 14-Fret dreadnought with a warm, woody sound and a direct, fundamental response. Featuring an Adirondack spruce top over a set of Honduran mahogany back and sides, there's a wonderful flame to the mahogany that makes for a striking appearance. The neck is a nice, full, vintage inspired shape and the volute at the headstock is an elegant touch. A fantastic luthier-built guitar that really delivers that vintage mahogany dreadnought sound.
Here in excellent condition, there is minor play wear, a few finish dents, scratches and wear, but over all the guitar is in great shape and ready for the next player. Includes hardshell case.
Note: Arcara is an accomplished guitar player himself, having won a competition near and dear to our hearts, the National Flat Pick Guitar Championship at the Walnut Valley Festival, in Winfield, KS.
