The Benson Amps - Germanium Boost is a result of the research put into their popular Germanium Fuzz, which was discarded for that build and just happens to be the perfect solution for a boost. Utilizing a voltage controlled error correcting circuit, this linear clean boost delivers a clear, almost sweetened tone, that doesn't so much color your sound as it does make it sound like a mastered guitar track. There's hints of compression there, but in a very tasteful way that doesn't limit your expression or playing. A fantastic example of the electronic wizardry coming from the Benson folks in Portland Oregan.

POWER SUPPLY - This pedal is for use only with a 9vdc Boss style center negative power supply. There is space for a battery which is activated when a cable is plugged into the input, and there is no power supply plugged into the DC jack.
Please do not subject this pedal to more than 9vdc or the pedal or power supply could be destroyed.
