This special Letter Series - T-Style from Bruce Guitars is a fantastic example of the expert craftsmanship coming from Micah Bruce's shop, delivering uncompromising attention to detail and playability. Bruce's Letter Series guitars pay homage to the tried and true bolt-on neck builds of the past, with premium styling, components and tone woods.
The quartersawn maple neck feels fantastic with an asymmetrical V/C-style carved profile and nitro finish. The lightweight roasted sugar pine body features a classic, aged surf green nitro finish, that when paired with the aged mint guard looks like a vintage classic. The tasteful addition of the floral decal makes this guitar a standout, and mimics some of our favorite whimsical, vintage decals that have appeared on guitars for decades.
The Gemini pickups deliver unique tones for both the bridge and neck pickups. The Split Broadcaster in the bridge is plenty bright and has a woofy roar when pushed hard, unique for a tele pickup, while the Rising Sun Humbucker in the neck is pulled back a little, delivering a smooth, gnarly sound when cranked, while still able to retain its note definition. Both can drive your amp to breakup territory while still being able to pull back and deliver delicious, creamy cleans. Not only do the pickups sound great, but they deliver a humcancelling rig in a t-syle package.
