The V2 Icarus from Caroline Guitar Co., here in a Limited Gold finish, delivers a versatile boost with loads of character, pushing firmly into overdrive territory. Here with a trio of control, the Gain defines how much boost is applied to your input signal while the High knob allows you to control the amount of high frequency content. The High knob and the Output knob interact as you dial in the sweet spot for output volume. With the Gain knob all the way off the Output still delivers +12db of boost. An internal slide switch allows for switching between buffered or true bypass, which is a great option depending on your rig.
