This Collings 02 12 String acoustic is an amazing 12 fret guitar with more volume and tonal depth than you'd expect from an 0 - plus real focus that makes it particularly great for recording. It's incredibly comfortable to play too, with its slightly shorter 24 7/8" scale, 1 7/8" nutwidth and 2 13/32" string spacing - and the lower bout is just 13 3/4" with a 4" depth. Beautiful clarity is here along with excellent response, thanks in part to the pristine Sitka Spruce top coupled with East Indian Rosewood back and sides - fingerstyle players will simply fall in love with this one, but strummers will equally enjoy the tone and great playability. The body is set off really well with ivoroid binding, and a simple, elegant Ebony fretboard. The neck feels great with a 14" - 26" compound radius and a comfy modified V profile shape - really it just doesn't get better than this when it comes to 12 string acoustic guitars. This Collings 02 12 String offers clear note definition, nice balance, solid presence and outstanding appointments in an enjoyable size that delivers. Deluxe hard case is included too.
