This used Collings Guitars - 1996 C-100 DLX Koa is a distinctive design, with some gorgeous upgrades. Featuring Sitka Spruce top, paired with an absolutely stunning set of Koa back and sides, this C-100 has warm tone, with plenty of bass and projection thanks to it's unique build. Originally the brain child of Collings founder, Bill Collings, this small-body guitar has a unique body shape, with the width of a dreadnought at the lower bout and a narrower waist at the upper bout, much more akin to a 000. This full scale length guitar has many deluxe appointments in addition to the Koa back and sides including a bound fingerboard, gold Schaller tuners, a 1 3/4" nut width and a bound haircut headstock. Here in very good condition, this Deluxe C-100 has few finish dents and nicks throughout, but nothing outside of normal playwear for a 25-plus-year-old guitar. Includes the original hardshell case.

  • C-100 Body with grained Ivoroid binding, and High-Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish
  • Sitka Spruce top with Tortoise-style pickguard
  • Koa back and sides with 3-style backstrip
  • 25 1/2" scale length
  • Mahogany neck with Ebony fingerboard and grained Ivoroid binding
  • Bound Haircut Headstock
  • 1 3/4" nut width, bone
  • Bone Drop-in saddle with 2 3/8" string spacing
  • Ebony bridge
  • Gold Schallers tuners
  • Original Hardshell case included
  • Serial# 2830
