This used Collings  - 1998 D3 is a wonderful example of a well-played late-90s D3. Featuring a Sitka Spruce top and East Indian Rosewood back and sides, this guitar was built with Abalone rosettes, bound fingerboard and headstock along with a 3-style mosaic backstrip. Here with a decent amount of playwear throughout and a ding in the back of the headstock that in most positions doesn't affect playability (see photos). The fretwear can be discribed as nomininal and the guitar does include a L.R. Baggs passive under saddle pickup. A roadworn hardshell case is included with only a few working latches.
