This used Collings Guitars - 2003 OM42 Baaa A V Sunburst is a vintage-inspired orchestra model with custom appointments, worthy of this tonewood pairing. Featuring some of the best wood available, this OM42 has an Adirondack spruce top along with a AAA set of Brazilian Rosewood back and sides. With rich lows, clear highs along with a piano-like responsiveness, this 42-Style OM has the tasteful, elegant look of the 42-Style pre-war models with a striking sunburst. With loads of volume and projection for an OM, thanks to the Adi top, this guitar is in very good condition save for a bit of finish shrinking where the wood meets the purfling, typical of an instrument of this age. The vintage neck is comfortable, with the slightly wider string spacing making an excellent fingerstyle or flatpicking guitar. Includes the original hardshell case along with a photo of the raw Brazilian rosewood set.
