This used Collings D41 from 1999 is a tastefully upgraded example of the Collings dreadnought, here with a responsive, warm sound. Expressive and dynamic, this D-41 has the tone to back up the appointments. Featuring a Sitka spruce top, paired with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, this D3 model has been upgraded to 41-style with Abalone top border and rosette, along with the bound fingerboard and headstock. The finish has begun to sink into the grain and really looks fantastic, especially on the back and sides.

Upgrades include snowflake inlays, bound fingerboard and headstock, 41-style purfling and rosette, and 1 3/4" nut width. Here in very very good condition, this guitar was well cared. There is minor playwear to the finish, the frets are in great shape. Includes the original hardshell case.
