This 1999 D2H is a testament to the fantastic build quality that Collings has brought to the acoustic world over the decades. Featuring a Sitka spruce top, paired with lovely set of East Indian rosewood back and sides, this 14-fret dreadnought delivers that classic Collings sound with a nod to vintage appointments. That deep low-end rosewood response is on hand delivering a uniquely rugged bottom end, along with that articulate, piano-like response that makes these earlier Collings a joy to play.

Here in Good condition, this D2H has two repaired top cracks, both glued with one patched from underneath, and some scuff marks on the back. A mark of a quality thin finish, the finish has begun to sink into the grain, particularly on the back. Includes a previously installed K&K Pickup for playing out and the original hardshell case.
