This Collings D1 A Hill Country offers a warm, direct and punchy response with a clear fundamental that really rings true. This is a big, dynamic sounding dreadnought that gives you as much as you put into it, making it an excellent flatpicking guitar, that really cuts through an ensemble or mix. The high-end is present and rings out with almost no overtones, while the low-end and mid-range are focused with a punch and a growl when pushed that reminds us of our favorite vintage dreadnoughts. We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to represent Collings and the Hill Country line, as each one of these guitars continues to turn heads here at the shop. Includes a free Mass Street setup and the original hardshell case.
