This satin, Adirondack top Hill Country from Collings delivers a warm, direct and punchy dreadnought sound, with a clear fundamental response. The high-end is present and rings out with minimal overtones, while the low-end and mid-range are focused with a punch and a growl when pushed that is reminiscent of our favorite vintage dreadnoughts
The Hill Country line of guitars delivers a vintage-voiced build, with the same quality and attention to detail that has always been synonymous with Collings, in warmer, dry, and focused guitar. Here with an Adirondack spruce top, paired with Mahogany back and sides, this Dreadnought features hand-poured tortoise appointments, new bracing and top/back voicings, and a stamped Collings logo on the back of the headstock.
The control, and power that comes from this line of Collings guitars rivals any sort of vintage-inspired build out there and we're thrilled to have them here in the shop. Includes a free Mass Street setup from our crew of luthiers along with the original hardshell case.
