The select figured laminate Maple body, Mahogany neck with Medium-Fat C-shaped neck, and Maple center block make for beautiful tones, fueled on by the astounding Lollar Low-Wind Imperial humbuckers. And check out that nitrocellulose lacquer Faded Cherry finish that lets the Maple grain show through - outstanding, and accented with cream body binding. Everything here is perfection - you've got '50s style wiring for more tonal control and no loss of highs when rolling off the volume, plus quality CTS 500k pots with Xicon caps. Externally the details are just as fine with our favorite 'haircut' headstock, a 12" radius Rosewood fingerboard with Medium 18% nickel-silver frets and subtle, yet classic mother of pearl dot inlays.
