This Grosh NOS Retro Classic is one of the finest electric guitars we've seen from this small Colorado builder - who only crafts about 300 guitars a year. The strat-inspired electric has an Alder body at a comfortable 7 lb., 3 oz. and has a great retro vibe. It's fueled by Grosh's own 60s Fat single-coil pickups, giving you vintage tone with added thickness in the mids and nice bloom in the low end. The bridge pickup has a base plate, too, for about 10% more bass without changing the mids or highs - and that's great for leads. You've also got five-way switching in addition to volume, tone and blend controls.

The neck is outstanding here, too - Maple with a Medium Roundback shape and an aged satin lacquer finish - and a Rosewood fingerboard with 22 Medium frets, 10" radius and 1 5/8" nut width - it just feels right. And how about that Faded Aztec Gold finish? It's insanely beautiful and would easily make Dick Dale weep. We love the retro logo, too. This Grosh NOS Retro Classic comes with a custom Grosh hard case and full setup to your specs.
