This Dr. Z Amps - Cure 1x12" Studio Combo is the latest combo amp from our friends at Dr. Z. The Cure uses Dr. Z's Z-Lux as it's starting, but strips it down to the core elements - that 6V6 "American" voiced tone that has made Dr. Z a modern classic complete with a vintage-voiced output transformers, hand-would by Triad Magnetics. Reminiscent of the Therapy Amp head, but in combo form, the CURE features an effects loop, a full EQ with master volume as well as a global output level. Dial in your volume and master for the desired clean or distorted tone and then set the overall loudness with the Level control, making this a great practice amp all the way up to playing in small clubs. Includes a variable boost footswitch for punching up your gain to take that lead playing over the top.
