This Dr. Z Carmen Ghia Head is smooth, musical, and complex, with warmth and sustain that keeps on coming. No wonder this 18 watt head is one of our favorites. The good Doctor made a name for himself with this amp at his first NAMM show and it still turns heads with its fantastic clean and overdriven tones. A short signal path keeps the amp clear at high levels and the simple tone control is surprisingly versatile. It's incredibly touch sensitive and works great with any pickup, humbuckers, single-coils, P-90s . . . they all respond very well with this amp. And, of course, this head has the looks shown here in black with a brown grille cloth.
