The EarthQuaker Devices - Transmitter Reverb is an extra long reverb with some added modulation. "Rate" pulls in a some vibrating chorus, while "Freq" spans the frequency spectrum tuning your tone to a sound similar to FM/AM static. Don't be fooled though; this pedal is highly musical. Create endless reverb tails after plucking a few chords or notes to great effect.
