This Eastman Octave Mandolin - MDO605, here in a Goldburst gloss finish delivers an upgraded Octave A-Style instrument to the growing line of Eastman mandolins. Tuned to the same intervals as a standard mandolin, only an octave down, this MDO605 brings a new dimension and fullness to anyone's playing. Featuring a carved Spruce top and carved Maple back and sides, a 3-piece neck and Ebony fingerboard and bridge, this all solid wood instrument has a natural resonance that's tough to beat. Includes a hardshell case and a free setup from our luthiers. This MDO605 includes a pre-installed K&K Mandolin Duotone pickup.
