This Fender American Standard Telecaster in three-color Sunburst has a complementary Rosewood fingerboard that really brings the whole guitar's look together. Its Alder body with a Urethane finish provides lingering sustain, and the Maple neck with a Modern C-shaped profile is so comfortable that chord changes and speedy riffing are effortless, as is soloing. The kicker on this classic is the pickups. The two Fender Custom Shop pickups - a Single-Coil Broadcaster in the bridge and a Twisted Single-Coil Tele in the neck - are well paired and excellently balanced, capable of being as crisp and twangy as a tele should be. But these can also be pushed for some really nasty overdrive if you choose to.

Upgraded with a new, more comfortable body contour, this tele Fender American Standard Telecaster comes with free setup from one of our in-house luthiers. Molded hardshell case included.
