This Fender American Special Strat in a bright Candy Apple Red gloss urethane finish features the triple threat of Texas Special single-coil pickups and a solid Alder body. Together it makes for classic Strat tones, and with the addition of the great Greasebucket tone circuit, it gives you the ability to roll off highs without adding bass. It has a satin-finished Maple neck in the comfortable Modern C shape, a Maple fingerboard with a 9.5" radius, and a vintage-style tremolo bridge, as well as a 25.5" scale length and 1.6875" nut width.
