The Fender Modern Player Jazz Bass 5-String is a satin-finished monster, with a great look and tons of versatility. It boasts a pair of humbucking pickups and a new four-position rotary pickup selector for a quartet of killer pickup combinations: full middle and bridge, full middle pickup and bridge pickup outer coil, full bridge pickup and middle pickup outer coil, and outer coil of both pickups.
Other features include an Alder body, Maple neck with "C"-shaped profile, 9.5" radius Rosewood fingerboard with 20 jumbo frets, and an easy-access truss rod adjustment wheel. Top it all off with a single-ply black pickguard, vintage-style black control knobs, and a five-saddle Fender Hi-Mass bridge. This Fender Modern Player Jazz Bass 5-String is too cool.
