Fender Amps - Blues Junior III - Lacquered Tweed
The new Fender Blues Junior Lacquered Tweed 1x12 Amp takes the classic original 15 watt Blues Jr. and gives it a genuine vintage treatment with a lacquered tweed covering and vintage-style brown and gold grille cloth. Featuring a single 12" Jensen C12N speaker with a ceramic magnet, it sounds phenomenal regardless of how loud you have it - and its 15 watts can get loud! Its all-tube tone stems from a pair of EL84 power tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes, with the addition of a solid state rectifier for even more headroom, making it a very pedal-friendly amp.
It has Fender's renowned spring reverb built in, so you can achieve that iconic surf tone, or use its Fat switch for a killer mid boost. Its controls are on top, surrounded by a reflective chrome panel, and include its On/Off switch, Reverb, Master Volume, Middle, Bass, Treble, the Fat switch, and Volume controls, and its 1/4" input. It also has a 1/4" mono speaker jack so you can add on to it for additional volume. Made with a seven-ply 3/4" Birch/Maple plywood cabinet, the Fender Blues Jr. Lacquered Tweed 1x12 is a lightweight (32 lb.) and portable combo amp, perfect for small to medium sized venues, the studio, or at home. Optional footswitch available.
