This 1999 used Gibson Les Paul Studio is in Very Good condition, especially for being 15 years old. Featuring an all-black Mahogany body with Maple top and chrome hardware, it has a heft (9 lb., 14 oz.) and phenomenal sustain. There is some play wear, a few dings, including a small chip along the upper bout, and the pickguard has been removed (see photos), but this is a workhorse with plenty of rocking yet to go. The Rosewood fingerboard has 22 frets and is in great shape with little playwear. The dual PAF humbuckers are decidedly Gibson and give you plenty of tonal options - perfect for straightforward rock and roll, to metal or blues. This Gibson Les Paul Studio may be from 1999, but it plays and sounds just as well as newer models - and will save you some real cash. Includes the original hardshell case too.
